about
Long COVID Connect is a virtual platform that connects people living with Long COVID to evidence-based self-management strategies, resources and a community of support. What began in 2021 as a way to quickly and efficiently get the right information into the hands of people experiencing ongoing symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infections, has evolved into a patient-driven program that creates a virtual community of support for people living with Long COVID. Learn more about our journey here.
By joining the Long COVID Connect program, you will get access to pre-recorded lectures on topics relevant to Long COVID, downloadable manuals complete with links to resources and invitations to support group meetings, guest lectures and an online forum to continue sharing and learning from the community. Long COVID Connect is free to join. PLEASE NOTE: although you be prompted to agree to receive marketing emails, we DO NOT send out marketing or promotional emails; we require your email to grant you access to the pages only.

Long COVID Connect is supported by Synaptic Health and Breathe Well Physio.
Through the generous support of donors, we are able to provide the Long COVID Connect program free of charge. This is important as many individuals living with Long COVID face financial barriers. We believe that those barriers should not exclude someone from receiving the support they need to navigate life with a chronic disease. Funds raised go towards the maintenance of this website and content within, group facilitator and guest speaker honorariums and, when needed, individual consultation subsidies.
